@ Myke

If your going out overnight watch out for the DNR, technically you can't sandbar camp this part of the river. Setup late and take down early. You won't have any problems with cats, you can catch 5 pounders easily. The largest one I caught recently was 9 or 10. River rig with nightcrawlers or stinkbait (or moldy bratwurst).

Dont blame you on graphite replica. Have 2 in basement of a crappie and walleye. Looks just as good. I read somewhere they want to increase the legal limit on musky from 40 to 50 inches for lake wisconsin and other surrounding lakes.  I completely agree about cpr muskies. Low density fish and expensive to stock. If you see a black walkthrough alumacraft with white 90hp evinrude on back thats probably me either bass, musky or walleye fishing.

Joe blue,

She's still swimming! I wore a musky hat to a bass tourney and was hearing it till I caught that girl. No way I would keep one with graphite as an option! Firm believer in CPR

Nice musky. Dont see to many of them caught in lake wisconsin. Next time i go out maybe i downsize the size of my baits to bass size and hopefully have better luck. Did you keep it?

Depends on where you want to fish. You can put in at Pine Island landing. Then next day pull out in Portage. No problems parking over night at the Portage landing.
