Went out twice over the weekend.  Managed to catch 5 keeper perch and threw back probably 40-50 that were 3-6" the ones we kept were 8-9.75" as well as a few little snakes on tip ups.  Snapped one off in the hole that would have given the 32" mark a run for it's money.  All in all a good time.  Just parked ourselves off a nice weed bed and had fish all day both days.

1 flag in 2 hours. Guys fishing along the road side had several flags with a few snakes during the same time period. Jigged for a bit too. Marked a lot but no takers. Ice is 8" thick.

Anyone fish here yet? Any fish or ice reports?!

Here for the week and though I'd try it if it's worth it.

Thanks

Checked the ice conditions yesterday (12/13) got maybe 15-20 feet away from the launch. Maybe 2-3 inches at best. Hopefully this wind will clear some of the snow.

Was out from 7:30-12:00 fishing for Northern. Fished the north side for a while, then moved to the west side. Fished from 6-10 feet of water. Only had 2 flags. First one lost at the hole on the north side and on the west side the second one stripped the minnow. Lots of people out there and noticed minimal flags from anyone. Talked to a couple people on way off the lake and only one actually pulled a northern thru the hole. Beautiful weather but fish didn't cooperate.
