You can get some nice Northerns out of this lake. Maybe not huge but good looking healthy fish.

There are crappies out here but as far as "nice" crappies..good luck. Same for the gills. This lake needs a good couple of years of catch and release. Too many guys keeping everything they catch. Nothing over 7-8" anymore

Went out on this lake the last 3 saturdays in january with my dad... marking fish like crazy from 10' to 20' of water.. Just can't get them to bite on waxies or minnows. Caught a few nice bluegills and crappies but they don't really seem to be biting yet. Have caught two northerns jigging versus one northern on a tipup. Seem to like the white jighead.

Went out last night on Potter. Fished tipups from 12" out to 23". No flags. Great sunset though.

jarkin924, I think my dad and I saw you. Do you remember the shack that was out there with no one in it? Well its now half submerged. When we left (the picture was taken as we left the ice) it was still above the ice. Sucks for that shack. Its gonna be solid in there.

Fished from 1:30-4:30 with my wife on 1/19. Ice had water on it but very good condition 7" thick. She had lots of nibbles in 20 FOW. Came up with 2 small perch and a gill. Tip-up in 18 FOW hit a 16" Large Mouth...

If you're looking for a good bait shop try Heeley's just west of Hwy ES on St. Peter's Rd. It is just north of Hwy 20. Very family friendly, good prices, and good advice. Unlike the D-Bags that own the place on ES in Mukwanago, where they treat you like a burden. Give Heeley's your business not them.

TIP UP!!!!!!
