Enjoyed your video Tiefsa---I was fishing the same day down the road where the river you were fishing (Rubicon River) spills into the Rock River. Caught some channel cats. Keep those entertaining videos coming--nicely done.....what video editing program do you use?
The rock bass was my third species. I've caught a bigmouth buffalo, a black bullhead, and now a rock bass. I'm going to try and make one video per week for each fish. I figure I should honor each fish by giving each species a video of its own. If all goes according to plan, I'll finish in 50 weeks total, because fishing always goes according to plan...
I fish just below the Neosho Mill Pond often, and caught a few rock bass. I had on a good sized Northern (much bigger than I thought that small pool could hold, but it spit the hook right near shore. I'm kind of glad because I didn't have a net, and I'm not good at grabbing them toothy things. I was using crawfish imitation lures, because sometimes I catch some decent smallmouth with it, and also caught a walleye on a crawfish lure there a different day. The northern I caught was with a two inch Berkley Shad.
