Sircasey thanks for advise. I feel the same way about many of the lakes in the Milwaukee area.

PM me if you like to suggest other lakes worth taking a look at in that area. I'm looking to target Panfish, specifically Crappies.

Thanks

No offense, but I live like 2 minutes from this lake and I would keep right on driving and head further north. I, for the life of me, can not figure out why this lake gets the pressure it gets. It honestly is not that good of fishing. To each his own, but I would not expect much. Good luck wherever you go!

Went out today looking for some gills and northern. Ice was packed with people and flags for everyone were few and far between. Got several tiny gills. I'll make one more trip out there this winter.

Actually fished just this Wednesday night. Crappies were feeding. Could have had a meal of gills that day. Drifted the NE part of the lake. Good luck!

Anyone having any luck? I am looking to take my dad out here and was wondering if we could get on some nice panfish or any good bass action. Thanks! PM me if you want!

Trolled around the lake for northern and bass. Actually only caught a couple of small perch. Saw lot's of fish through the water though. One decent sized northern. Everything else was pretty small.

Hit the Lake about 11:30pm till 4:45pm. Watched tons of schools of good size Gills pass by. Caught 10 keepers with most being larger than I've ever really caught on Moose! I was pretty surprised at their size. Northern were all over the underwater cam, but none caught on tip-ups. Grabbed one and dropped it. Story of my life on the lake. Extremely fickle biting and cannot catch em with out the camera.

Thanks for the Report Nathan. Would be great to see more Lake-Link users posting on local lakes here. That kids Jamboree sounds great! Won't be making it with my kids as we're out of town that weekend. As for that road that was plowed on the lake... Whoever took the time to do this... Thank you Big Smile It makes tugging my sled behind me a much more pleasant walk.
