On at 12 yesterday, pulled lines at 4pm.  Trolled 140 FOW out to 220 and turned.  No hits, and didn't mark many fish.  Have been trying to avoid fishing staging Kings, but think I'm going to have to start, can't seem to locate fish elsewhere.

Fished solo last night 5:30-9.  Set up in 110 FOW, went out to 150 trolled back to 100 before pulling lines.  Went 0-3 with two spoon hits and one flasher/fly. Marked quite a few fish in 130-140 FOW the majority were 80-90 feet down.

Went 4-6 last night 5-9 ENE of the harbor in 100-130. best was 120-126. 2 kobes and 2 juvy kings. 300 cu, 85' rigger, and 225 wire diver took fish. F/F was the best. Saw a few kings/browns jumping in the harbor as we were going out. Wanted to fish 165-225 but too bumpy, would've taken too long to get there.

Went out of Kenosha 6-10pm.  The past week we've  done ok (2-4) fish in 180-250 FOW, but thought I'd run shallow tonight as it was a late start and a bit choppy.  Marked fish and bait in 40-60 FOW, but didn't get a hit.

MOON PHASE
New Moon
Started in 180 went east to 260 then turned back and went to 80.  Went 7 fot 10. Deeper is definitely better than shallow. Flasher flies definitely out produced spoons. 2 kings, 4 coho, 1 laker

MOON PHASE
Last Quarter

Tough day on the water yesterday (7/15). Went 4 for 7. Nice mixed bag though for my son. Just need a Laker for the kids MA. (1) King, (1) Rainbow, (1) Coho and (1) Brown. Started early AM close to shore and followed the armada of boats north out of the harbor in 20 to 50 FOW. Found zero fish. Backed up around 8am and hit the hill for a little bit and picked up 2 fish. Went East to deeper water and got the King in 155 FOW 40' FT down on a Pro King spoon. Went in after the big SE wind change. Came back out in the evening and fished shallow water close to shore and got the nice brown in 25 FOW around 8pm. Not sure what I'm doing wrong overall? Difficult to locate fish with any consistency. Been watching the graph and Fish Hawk trying to zero in a pattern with no luck so far. The struggle is real. Maybe the epic rain storm has something to do with the tough going?

now that i have my divers and dodgers and spoons and flies...

can i just use my normal i-o motor to troll,  or will the sound scare the fish??

Went 8 for 10 today. (7) Coho and (1) Steelhead. Fished 5:30am to 10am. Most action happened while fishing in 175 FOW. Caught fish at various depths. Spoons out produced dodger & fly combos today. Lost a big King that hit a blue & white Pro King spoon on the downrigger set at 65 FOW. Rocketed towards the boat and hit the prop. Super exciting, but I'm glad it got off to avoid tangles with all the other lines. Going back out tomorrow. Will post on our success and failures.....Tight lines everyone!!!
