MOON PHASE (2%)
Waxing Crescent

The lake is pretty much perfect to take kids out right now.  The water is clear and weeds are just starting to come up.  We saw small gills everywhere.  If you are looking to give a young angler a fun experience this would be a good spot.

Waning Crescent

Anyone know if this lake open year round for any fish. I'm guessing it's closed for the next few months.

If the aerator is on there will be an area fenced off.  We are getting a lot of rain which will leave some water on the ice and expand existing holes.

Taking my girlfriend's dad out ice fishing for his first time Saturday. I have not fished Lake Emily before and am only looking for information on 1. If I can still drive out there in my truck after the weird weather and 2. if there are any places on the lake I should stay away from. (I heard there is an aerator on the lake?) Safety information is greatly appreciated!!

Thanks and tight lines.
