Is the main trail marked on the lake? And, have snowmachines been using it (ice safe)?
I've never been on this flowage and I was going to take a cruise down that way on Saturday to check it out.

Out on the lake today. Anywhere from 15-17" of ice. There is a truck out here on ice. Fished yesterday caught 1-13" out by crappie island ,walleye on Friday the 13 lol. There is anywhere from 2"-10" of snow on top of the ice. Little breezy not bad. I will be coming up with family for the 1st annual fishery.

Ice is patchy, 3-6 inches. Double layer, walleyes are still a little slow. Getting a lot of perch hits on tip ups. Ended the day with 2 pike 2 perch and 1 walleye. Be safe!

Was up a few days midweek last week. Winds got up to 40mph on Wednesday and we gave up in the boat after 2 hours of that. Went out a little on Thursday with no luck for muskies, not even a follow. Saw one thrash at the surface in shallow weeds after we cast to the same spot a number of times.
Got a few pike and smallmouth in weeds and off rocks, but didn't get to fish it that much.
Water didn't seem too terribly high after the floods last week, at least not compared to what other lakes looked like. As of Thursday water temps around 71ish.
