Good to read fish are biting. How is the access holding up? Thinking about making one last trip next weekend.

MOON PHASE (61%)
Fished in first section of the lake. Had to hole hop a little bit but I got on some nice perch, gills and crappie. Great day yesterday. Took just enough for a meal put a lot back. Waxies and titanium jigs were the ticket for us. 15" of good ice. Did not go into main lake
MOON PHASE (71%)
Fished Sat. and yesterday (Mon) later morning to around 4. Main lake. Both days kept some nice perch, about a dozen yesterday. A few pushing 12 in., most 8-10. Deeper was best. Lots of small ones. Cecils with minnow head seemed best to keep smaller ones off. Guys were still catching sunnies and a few crappies by the first bunch of permanent shacks.

Just up at the cabin for christmas, thought I would break in the new eskimo. Drilled some holes About 100 yards off shore to find 5-6 inches in 11ft of water. Didn't mark a single fish and the water was very green. Live directly across the flats, going see if the walk is safe to get over there tomorrow. If anyone has had any luck with any species, please let me know, I will have another report tomorrow.
