Fished Twin on Saturday and then Cox on Sunday.
I was on Cox Sunday from 2:30 until 5:30. The ice was a little thicker on Cox than it was on Twin. Probably 6-7 inches everywhere I drilled. I ended up with four nice keeper gills and sunfish. I had a ton of lookers but many of the smaller ones didn't want to bite. I was using larger lures though to keep the little ones off.

Went out yesterday. Had 5" solid inches of ice that seemed to hold up well throughout the day. North shore line might get scetchy with the warm weather so be carefull getting on and off. Caught a lot of gills, had to sort through to get some eaters but a great day on the ice.

I fished bankers hours today from 10-3. Started out looking for walleye. Tried jigs and slip bobbers with crawlers with no success except for a few gills. Switched over to casting for bass and caught six small largemouth from 12-15 inches long. Fishing wasn’t great but the weather was. Talked to a fellow fisherman before launching and a person monitoring invasive species when i left.
