FishinFool:

The past 4 yrs I've fished below the Stevens Point Dam. East side of river = nice raised ramp/ pier... West Side = small walk from parking lot (near RR tracks)... fishing near the RR bridge is great! (Cats during the summer... use stink bait)... Nekoosa has a nice park (west side)... lottsa good shoreline fishing! South of Nekoosa (Cty Z) there's Chester Creek Landing... small area to the right of landing... nice lil spot for catfishing...

Also below the DuBay Dam (north of Stevens Point) has ample shoreline fishing... west side...

Hope this helps!

Happy Fishing!

You live minutes from Winnebago... the parks in neenah and menasha have plenty of room to catch some fish. Throw some live bait carolina rigs out with minnows and worms. Sit relax and fill a bucket with walleye, perch, rockbass, whitebass, catfish...

This is a call for help.......  I have 3 kids who will not go fishing with me anymore because we never catch any fish and all they want out of it is a fish fry.  This Sunday being Father's Day, they agreed to do whatever I wanted for the day - even fishing!

Problem is I do not have a boat or access to a boat so I am looking for some spots around the fox valley where I could bring my kids and catch some fish we could eat - anyone have any spots or suggestions?  They are 13, 11, and 9.

Thanks in advance!
