Fish-FryIngredients:
Directions:place the fish fillets on a paper towel covered with another paper towel to dry them off...poor milk in a dish...beat three eggs in another dish with a spoon until consistant...take a sleeve of salted crackers and place them into a large freezer bag and use the rolling pin to crush them to a powder...heat your oil in a large frying pan(about half full of oil, my stove med high is perfect) dip the fish into the milk..then dip it into the egg...cover with cracker powder and fry..one side is golden brown..turn over..when the other side is golden brown...eat...this is flash frying so beware it takes just minutes to complete.works better on the stove as it is a little messy for an outside fryer..enjoy
