Directions:Combine all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Let sit for 20 minutes. If you have a dehydrator, spray the racks with Pam. Then you can either spread the meat on the racks evenly or if you have a pasty gun, use the flat tip and shoot the meat on to the racks. If you do not have a dehydrator, pre heat oven to 180. Spread the meat on a cookie sheets and cook until the meat is dry. You can also add ingredients, like hot peppers or any other spice you may like to try to suite your taste.
