Venison Slop chewyIngredients:
Directions:in a 7 quart nesco place your baby carrots in 1st just enough to cover the bottom, next cut your green,red peppers and onions so they are cubed these go on top of your carrots. open your mushrooms and drian liquid place mushrooms with your carrots and other veggies. Once this is done take your french onion soup mix and sprinkle the whole package over vegtable mix.Here is were you want to get your nesco meat rack and place in your nesco. After placing rack in nesco place your rump roast on the rack. with the soy sauce shake over the entire roast making sure the top of the roast has been covered. Next take your monteray steak seasoning and sprinkle over only the top of the roast covering all. Add water in nesco just enough to be level with were your rack starts. I usually start this 5:00 pm on a sunday evening on low. Monday morning I remove the rack from the nesco stir up the veggies adding mash potatoe flakes to thicken (usually no more than a cup and half) After taking the meat rack out and stiring. at this point I take and shredd the venison and replace into the nesco adding water if needed. By the time you get home from work around 5:00 monday evening supper is ready. Microwave some rice and then top with venison slop chewy
