Bluegill Cracklers

Ingredients:

  • eggs
  • ritz crackers
  • salt
  • pepper
  • lemon pepper

Directions:

ok first whip the eggs. add lemon pepper,salt. then crush the crackers in plastic bag. dip the fish in egg wash and add them into your oil. give this a try!
