Directions:Prepare double layer of foil to wrap taters in. (The foil pouches work too but double them up so they don't break the foil.) Clean and slice 'tatoes and onions to about 1/4 - 1/2 inch thick slices. Leave skins on for less work and a bit more flavor. Sprinkle with seasonings and then cut the butter into chunks and place on top of potatoes. Seal package and place on fire for about 20 - 30 minutes - poke taters with fork to ensure they are done.
