BBQ FishIngredients:
Directions:1-Clean and dry the filets 2-Next mash up BBQ chips in a bowl-enough to bread the filets 3-Whip egg in a bowl and add pepper or any ingredients to your taste(Garlic salt, dill,etc.) 4-Dip the fish in the egg and then the chips. The eggg allows the chips to stick to the filet 5-MOST IMORTANT- Make sure the oil is not too hot or it will burn the chips and thus ruin the fish. Cook a small piece first to monitor the heat of the oil-Should be golden brown when done. 6-Enjoy fantastic fish
