De-fish the Fish

Ingredients:

• Water
• 1/4 C Lemon Juice

Directions:

Place Frozen Fish in pan and cover with water to defrost - pour 1/4 Cup of Lemon Juice into water over fish and allow to defrost. The citrus in the lemon will cut the oils of the fish and reduce the fishy taste of most larger species. If you don't care for the lemon flavoring with your fish simply rinse the fish with fresh water once thawed and prepare as usual.
