batter for fresh water fish

Ingredients:

  • well beaten egg
  • flouf enough to dredge fish
  • half teaspoon cracked blak pepper
  • half taeaspoon baking powder
  • fresh lemon 2 tablespoon
  • salt to taste

Directions:

mix all dry ing. together. lemon and egg beaten well, coat your fish with liquid good. dredge fish dry mixture. fry in oil a good oil and thick pan for even heating drop little liquid if it pops pan is just right.
