Fricassee of DuckIngredients:
Directions:Clean duck and quarter. Salt, pepper and flour. Brown and 4 tbs of fat, onion and bay leaf. Cover with water and simmer till tender in covered pan. Sautee mushrooms in fat and add to duck. Simmer 10 minutes longer.
