Honey-Fried Walleye FilletsIngredients:
Directions:Dry fillets on paper towel. Heat oil in a 10-inch skillet. Combine and mix the egg and honey. Dip fillets into the mixture. Then, coat with a mixture of cracker crumbs, flour, salt and pepper, pressing crumbs firmly into fillets.Fry about 3 minutes on each side of preheated oil. Enjoy, Ms.Angler
