teriyaki pheasant breastsIngredients:
Directions:marinate breast halves in teriyaki in a zip lock bag for approx. 8 hrs in a the refridgerator. then place 1/2 of a slice of pineapple between 2 breast halves. Wrap this in 1 or 2 slices of bacon depending on the size of the breast. hold together with tooth picks. Grill on low heat and turning frequently for approx. 20 min. or until cooked through. Basting with marinade. Serve over white rice, wild rice or combination of both.and garnish with left over pineapple.
