Directions:Mix ingredients in a 1 Gallon Zip-Loc bag. Heat 1 1/2" Canola Oil in a large skillet (at 350 deg a drop of water will "pop") Add wet fillets to bag and shake. Place coated fillets in the hot oil flipping once until done approx. 3 min. times will very depending on fillets thickness. For extra crispy breading add 1/4 cup Farina. Serve with baked beans and fried potatoes. The Great Canadian Shore Lunch!
