Mustradish RoastIngredients:
Directions:Rub salt and pepper into the meat. Add 5 cups of water to a deep roasting pan and place venison. Mix 2 teaspoons of mustard with enough horseradish to cover the meat. Crush crackers into a fine mix. Coat the venison with mustard/horseradish mix, then press the cracker crumbs onto the meat. Sprinkle parsley over top. Cover with lid. Place in over at 325 for 2 1/2 - 3 hours. Add water to pan as needed
