A New Twist on Fish BatterIngredients:
Directions:This recipe can be adjusted to the amount of fish you have. Beat egg{s} in a bowl. Put saltine crackers in a zip lock bag and crush with a rolling pin. Wash fillets. {Hint: If fish has been in the freezer for sometime and you want it to taste like fresh caught fish, try this:defrost and soak in milk for 5 min., rinse and continue with recipe} Dip fillets in egg wash and then in cracker crumbs. Fry in preferably a cast iron skillet at med. high heat until brown. Season and serve. Try it, easy and inexpensive to make plus tastes great!
