Wassail

Ingredients:

• 8 oz. Vodka
• 8 oz. Brandy
• 16 oz. Scotch
• 1 liter Grape Concord wine
• 1 liter Chateau LaSalle Blanc wine
• 16 oz frozen strawberries (sliced, sweetened)

Directions:

This is a great winter time favorite! In large container (1.5 gallon or so) place frozen strawberries and scotch together and let sit for 2 to 3 days. Then add remainder of ingredients and mix well. Best if let stand for one more day for flavors to blend. Serve in small 3 to 4 oz glasses. Normally served at room tempeture but I have had people enjoy it with a single ice cube added. Great while ice fishing! Packs a punch so please drink responsibly!
