Grilled SteelheadIngredients:
Directions:Gut and rinse trout real good. Make up the stove top stuffing as per directions on the box. Slice the onion into about 1/8th inch slices. Stretch out ample amount of aluminum foil to fit trout and lay out 3-4 onion slices to about the length of the fish. Add 2 tablespoons of butter on top of the onion and salt\pepper lightly. Take trout and stuff the gut area with the stuffing and lay on top of onions and butter. Lay 3-4 more onion slice to the top side and sprinkle red pepper and garlic powder on that side. Add 2-3 more tablespoons of butter and wrap up entire fish in aluminum foil sealing tightly. Dont spare the foil, I try to keep it as airtight as possible. Heat on low-medium grill for 30 to 45 min. Open foil and serve.
