Venison StroughenofIngredients:
Directions:Marinnate venison, Oil, soy. meat tenderized, oregano, garlic ..for 3 or more hours.Drain meat and save marrinaid. Fry venison on medium/low heat in large skillet. Remove venison, add the milk and sour craem, stirring till well blended. Add marrinaid, stirring till blended. Corn startch in cold water, or flour in hot mixture, stir in and thicken to gravey. Add venison and serve. Rice, noodles, bread, rolls. All ingreadiants, optional. Heavy cream makes it a sin!!
