Its that time of Year ..everyone went deer Hunting ..and all I can say is Be safe ..Now here Is a thought If Your even fishing and Not Hunting I feel You should be wearing Hunting Orange on the river .. if your Near roads and slabs it may not be needed but if You walking the river banks You should be ..OK OK the Report.

On the warmest part of the day with the cloud over using red ned rigs We have been doing very well catching rock bass In deeper Bluff Holes.. If You Keep them  they have to be 7 inches state wide and from Dogs Bluff To the End Passed Jerrom  got to be 8 inches..Catches  of 50 Per Hour with 2 guys fishing happen  .. yes all Ours put  back Lots of Fun On those warmer days In the winter

Report From MDC

Attention Fishing Report Subscribers:

The weekly fishing report updates every Thursday between April and September.

View a searchable version of the weekly fishing report and the annual fishing prospects at https://fishing.mdc.mo.gov.

In most streams south of the Missouri River, black bass (largemouth, smallmouth, spotted/Kentucky bass) may not be possessed from March 1 through the Friday before the fourth Saturday in May. During those dates all black bass in those streams must be returned to the water unharmed immediately after being caught. For details see Chapter 6 of the "Wildlife Code of Missouri", or website at https://short.mdc.mo.gov/Zkz.

PLEASE CHECK REGULATIONS CAREFULLY: Special regulations may apply to designated portions of water bodies; some baits and lures may not be legal for all portions.

Sorry for the Missing weeks  Reports . was Out of the Country for 2 weeks

Low water In Most Places .. Wading in the Upper parts . Clara /High Town/Whites Ford ( One of those Names Same Place) Gravel River Rock Is Being taken Out and Is Mudding Up the Water Below For a Mile or So but is Clear water on weekends . Flat rocks Ford Is closed as to the Wishes of the landowners. That is what Happens when Litter and Not Cleaning Up Happens. Unlawful to have any Glass at at the river anywhere near it . Remember You are Guest On the River. SURE You may Have the right to be In the water but It don't give You the RIGHTS to Mess it Up or Take from it . There are Rules Or Laws.  Keeping an undersized Fish is Kinda Like Stealing from Your Kids or Your Best Buddy or Your Family . Share the Outdoors and Put Some Back and make BETTER for the Next Guy to share.
