BLUEGILL ABUNDANCE IS ALSO HIGHER THAN NORMAL AND THEIR AVERAGE SIZE IS ABOUT 6 FISH PER POUND. NO YELLOW PERCH WERE CAPTURED IN GILL- NETS OR TRAPNETS BUT 36 YOUNG-OF-YEAR WERE CAUGHT IN TWO SHORELINE SEINE HAULS. ALL OTHER SPECIES CAUGHT APPEAR TO BE OF AVERAGE OR BELOW AVERAGE ABUNDANCE FOR THIS TYPE OF LAKE.
