BLB, WTS, AND GSF DOMINATE THE FISH POPULATION. BLB WERE SAMPLED IN NUMBERS MORE THAN 20 TIMES GREATER THAN THE LOCAL MEDIAN AND 90 TIMES THE STATEWIDE MEDIAN FOR GILLNETS; 3.2 AND 6.3 TIMES THE LOCAL AND STATE MEDIANS FOR TRAPNETS, RESPECTIVELY. WTS WERE CAPTURED IN NUMBERS GREATER THAN 8 AND 28 TIMES THE STATE AND LOCAL MEDINS FOR FILLNETS, AND 11.7 AND 18.0 TIMES THE STATE AND LOCAL MEDIANS FOR TRAPNETS. GSF WERE SAMPLED IN NUMBERS TWICE THE STATE AND LOCAL MEDIANS FOR GILLNETS, AND GREATER THAN 16 TIMES THE STATE MEDIAN, 18 TIMES THE LOCAL MEDIAN FOR TRAPNETS. IN ADDITION, BLG WERE CAPTURED IN TRAPNETS IN NUMBERS ROUGHLY HALF OF THE STATE AND LOCAL MEDIANS.

This is a good small lake (no freeze out). There is no public access, but if you are polite you can probably get on the lake by asking Mr or Mrs Downs at the only farm on the south end.
There re nice size crappies to be caught!
