Ann Arbor, MI
There are a campsite and B&B (Historic layer of the Chicago Jewish Gang that Al Capone was scared off) on the lake with a sand beach. On the roads, there are many homes which are mostly less than 100 years old.
The lake is fed by a hot water spring in the lake making that area hot during the 3 seasons. As it was made during the ice age the lake has some very deep areas with drop-offs where very good fishing can be found in a boat. Putting green area for kids next to the general store & ice cream shop.
Check the distance to the local hospital & Rose City.
Negative: Zebra mussels poisoned each year by the association.
