Reporting Messenger Abuse

If you receive messages that are abusive and that blatantly disregard the Messenger Use Policy, you need to report it to Lake-Link so we can investigate the abuse and take necessary action against that user. Abuse of Lake-Link Messenger may lead to termination of a user's account.

To report Messenger abuse, all you need to do is click on the "Report Abuse" button on the message you are reading. Once you click on that button an area will appear where you can report the abuse. Once reported, the message in question along with the users information will be sent to our moderators for review.
