The boat ramp to this reservoir is off Roth Rd almost in the center of the north south shore line. If you look at the topo map you will see a circle drive along Roth RD. It is a city of Ft Wayne park and there is a $4 charge to enter which also covers your boat launching. Row boats are available for rent or you can bring your own trolling motor and place it on a rental.
A two lane gravel road circles the resivoir and people can walk the entire circle, use bicycles but no golf carts or motorized vehicles are allowed. A shaded picnic area is inside the circle drive entrance. The facility closes in October for the winter season.

this is a large body of water with little structure being a resevoir. The resevoir sits high above the area surrounding it and gets alot of wind. The structure includes lots f rock, pebble to football sized rocks line the entire resevoir. The water clarity is fairly clear, visibility of 4-6 feet. Species I've caught or witnessed being caught in this resevoir include largemoth and smallmouth bass, catfish, crappie, bluegill, sunfish, carp and some walleye.
As far as what smallmouth bass go it's a great northeast indiana fishery for that species.
