i fish the pec west of pecatnoica as i live on it and it is true there are alot of bank poles i myself dont use them but i cant say they are hurting the fishing to be truefull the river is under dished in my area as the only launches are private i put in my own as far as this streach of river from wath i see the obey all the rules all are tagged and with out them i think the fish would get over stocked and stunted there are monster cats and more then enough walleye and nothern you just have to work for them

Fished the Pec all this week. Lotsa carp starting to run. Caught lotsa hefty carp around the creek channels and a few smalleyes up in the honey holes. Lets put an end to the Weekend warrior bankpolers from Rockford that don't check their lines!!

the pecs are undersome stress i too beleive its to many bank poles and to many trees under water that cant be seen so becareful withe boats but it has nice fish you'll have to find the righjt spots but me my buddy o.l. caught plenty
