As has been said before, fishing depends on timing. Some days can be magnificent with limits of browns, perch and coho salmon. Other days can be slow, with only a hookup or two. Overall, unless you're targeting perch or alewives, experimenting and patience is required.

The fishing here can either be dynamite with salmon steelhead and trout fighting over your plug or nothing the fish are constantly moving in lake michigan
