Fished sunday and monday, this is a terrible report sorry, no fish sunday and 2 3"bluegills on newyears day. No flags either day.
Prety much tried everything in my box that usualy works out here and nothing, I noticed all the thick mats of weeds that are usualy touchin the ice all layer down and a big lack of weeds in most of the bays where did they and the fish all go?
The little perch have always been around ever hole I drill but not this year any body have any ideas???
Probably my last time fishing here, back to deep quary did very well there this summer!!

Finally got out. Soaking some very healthy suckers(14") and nada. Fished for only 3 hours or so. Saw 2 other guys chunking some heavy stuff and dragging softball size bobbers. Maybe they have better news. Weed line was a major issue. Havent been on the lake since June, and I saw weeds that never existed before. That was the main issue. Kinda annoying trying to keep the live bait clear and for the first hour every snag pumping you up with the hopes of a fish. Well I guess just one of those days.

Never understood point of trolling. Whether online or on water, kinda always seemed boring and pointless. Mallard yeah, has its up and downs. More on a boring side if u ask. But on the up side it can be rewarding for the lack of better words. Few pics from last fall and winter, actually January. Pics of 3 from 5 caught in 4 outings. Sorry for red letters in background, crappy editing, 3rd party software from Gopro. Getting old and free software isnt as easy to come by as it used to be. Young guys or galls, have at it, plenty of fish in the sea...
