MOON PHASE (5%)
Waning Crescent
Went out yesterday briefly wading below the dam had a walleye to my feet but couldn't land it, 10 mins later had a musky on (wasn't prepared for that) broke my line after a 2 minute battle. Went to bass pro shop and upgraded my gear. Went back out this morning within 10 minutes I had a musky on again and it bit right through my crankbait. About 45 mins later I had another musky on, was able to land this one. .34" fish looked healthy. I saw 2 other musky try and strike my lure but miss it. All in all pretty good day especially for the salt creek.

Go down Canterberry Lane from York Rd. street dead ends at 294, there is a park on the south side walk down the path to the river. I haven't done well there, good luck. The old house at the park creeps me out.

My 4th trip here after catching only small lm bass, blue gill, and chub, I took some chub I caught right under the dam and went down a little further. Pike were slamming the bait.

Wow thats nice, never seen a fish that big pulled out other than carp. What did you catch him on? I caught three around easter with some spoons. When did you get that one?

Hey Songdog, Were you below the dam? How deep is it there? Didn't realize there were pike in there. I've tried just above it with no luck.
