It says my Handle is taken or my email address is already used when I try to set up a Member account.

If you are trying to set up a Member account and you are unable to because it says your Handle is already taken or your email address is already used it is because you already have an account in our system. You DO NOT need to go through the process to set up a new account. Simply UPGRADE your existing account.

Just log into your existing account and then click on the "Upgrade" button/link below where it displays your account handle or you can just go to http://www.lake-link.com/register/upgrade/ (you will be asked to log into your account first).

If you forgot your password for your account go to http://www.lake-link.com/login/forgot.cfm.
