Spraying Wisconsin lakes for milfoil

Are all Wisconsin lakes sprayed with various chemicals to control evasive species?If so have there been any adverse effects to humans of fish?

The same last year on Tichigan.     CARPIO 

Years ago on Pine lake in Waukesha co there were signs by the launch stating how many days until you could eat the fish , swim and water lawns with lake water .
