Looking to see if I can enhance my salmon smoking skills by making a video and reaching out the the LL community for insight.
Please take a look at my video and if you have any additional pointers that would be fantastic.
I made 2 batches,1 mine 1yours. We ate them yesterday.6 people preferred mine which were salt based. But! 4 others really garbaged down on yours! Lol.My thoughts were that yours were too sweet. This is NOT! A knock on yours, very good! My suggestion is to measure the amount of brown sugar,etc. so people can adjust the lngredients to their taste. I used a recipe of 6 T of each. Thanks CARPIO
