I'm looking to buy fish pickling spices in bulk. I could get online or maybe locally?  I live in the Eau Claire area.  Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Mike

ice queen, yeah, same here. When we lived "down there" we'd drive. They have an outlet near Kenosha off of hwy 50. Where there once was a Gander Mtn. Now, we order on line.

Perhaps you should ask that of Mr. Penzey.

Weavers outside Fall Creek has a good selection of spices at good prices. I buy bulk pickling spices there. Dont know how much you need, but my last purchase was about 2 pounds. They had plenty.

*Edit* just looked in the pantry, $9/lb was the price last summer when I bought some.

When Penzeys owner said if you didn't vote for my candidate I don't need your business I quit buying from them, he said he would not support a bully like Trump. Kind of like the kettle calling the pot black.

Woodmans has bulk spices that are just as good as many others I have used.

P&S seasoning sells all the bulk ingredients to make your own pickling spice if you care to go that route.  They are in iron ridge.  50$ order online and its free shipping I do believe
