Spring walleye

Yessir I can't wait for open water. Drifting down the Rock River above Fort Atkinson catching eyes, taking a break every so often to sip some coffee and munch on pickled pike. Then hot venison chili for lunch! Listening to the migratory birds and watching the critters come out of there winter haunts. One more month!

cant wait for the spring walleye bite.

picking the boat up out of storage on Friday. can never be too ready,LOL.

Svitreum I am right there with you on both jigging the mighty Rock and some coho action. Pulling the boat out in a couple of weeks to mount the new locator on the bow and work on mounts for the down riggers.

Can't think of to many things better then a spring walleye bite. Love the whole jig & minnow routine! Good luck!

Well fellas it is almost here. I am going to start getting the boat ready for the water in the next week. Tight lines to all who have Spring Fever!! First stop, walleyes! Then cohos! Bring it on!!
