Pressure cook corned beef one hour let pressure cooker release by itself
RUB 3tbl ground black pepper
2tbl coriander
1tbl paprika
1tbl dark brown sugar
1/2 tbl garlic powder
1tbl onion powder
1tsp sage
1/2 tsp ground mustard
spread rub on tinfoil put corned beef on it and rub it in flip it over and rub it in make sure the whole thing is covered wrap tinfoil around it and put in the refrigerator for 12-48 hours. Unwrap tinfoil to make kind of a bowl so the juices dont spill out place a drip tray under it. cook fat side down in the oven 275 degrees for one hour.
