Finding public boat ramps in northern ill.

Just sold my small Jon boat I used in small strip mines and such years ago. Now I have a bigger boat with 40hp motor.  Looking for lakes with public ramps or low cost fees. 

 It's been years since I've launched there and not sure if it still the case. The launch behind Skipper Bud's in Winthrop harbor was always free because it was built with federal tax dollars.  A nice access to lake Michigan and lots of parking.
