Thinking of converting my enclosed trailer into a workable ice shack. I'm planning on cutting square holes, then framing the underside of the hole so that the hole cover doesn't fall through the trailer. I'd like to add the square-trim plastic hole inserts, but I don't need the covers for them since I'll be using the wood of the trailer floor for covers. Does anyone know if they sell just the square trim without the cover?

I was hoping to cut costs by buying only the trim piece.

I didn't know they were sturdy enough to park an ATV on top of them, but if they are, I won't waste time with the wood covers.

Why would you not want to use the hole covers that come with the trim? They are very durable, snap into place and stay put once snapped down. They are strong enough that you can drive an atv over the top of them. They don't stick up any higher than the trim. Have had them in a permanent for three seasons now and have held up very good.
