I was there the first day , while still moving stuff . I like the concept of being able to grab one off the rack for a look instead of having to wait .

I saw the same thing at a Scheels store in Appleton years ago .

Stopped in yesterday. Really nice how they redesigned that space.

I haven't been to the Menomonie Falls store, but by your description of the gun section, it sounds just like the FF in Des Moines, Iowa.......everything out in the open where you can take any guns off the rack and check them out. I liked it.

I like the fact the guns are in the open. I can look and touch without asking for help.

I was fairly impressed with the expansion itself and even more impressed given the recent gun controversies that they even did it at all. Kudos to FF!
