Always wanted one , didn't have the money when they were cheap  . Now just hard to find without CMP . Someone made some nice replicas  , maybe Inland ?  But pricey  , but brand new to mil specs.

I don’t care about the weight because the damn thing was so accurate. I’ll end up getting a Springfield when I have a couple grand mysteriously appear. I will get one just for memories and to shoot some stuff up every now and then.

Yes , but a m14 weighs about twice what a m1 does .

What you want MKling, is a Gov. M-14. I earned my Expert Rifle Medal with the M-14. That’s the Original.

Springfield is the company that makes awesome Replicas. Engineered and nice too the eye.

Yeah I saw the new ones. Tempting but I figure if I’m spending the money Id rather have an actual USGI rifle. Will be more collectible.
