FYI.... not sure where you are located but Wisconsin Guns LLC in Wales has a used one in stock. Pistol, IWB holster, trijicon night sights, two mags, and a box of target ammo for $375.

Glad your still loving it wallywood. Wife still loves hers. We put around 1200 rounds through hers one weekend with a couple of other ladies. They also now own a 42 as they enjoyed shooting it so much. I think ours is over 6k rounds at this point. I kind of stopped really counting around 5k. My wife doesn't carry but I carried the 42 extensively last summer IWB with 2 spare 7 round mags. It's replaced my 26 for short trips and hot weather. Really can't say anything negative about it. Consistently find practice ammo for around 12 bucks a box with free shipping online if I look hard enough. Not a real fan of striker fired guns for "fun" shooting but this one is an exception.

Just got another Glock 42 for me and my wife.Installed Pearce +1 magazine extensions for 1 more rd. (7). They also allow for a nice all finger grip.As was stated in previous posts it is a very soft shooter as far as recoil.Thank you everyone for your input.

I am surprised as I have never had a Sig jam on me. But that being said, I have not shot the Sig .380 much other than renting one to see how we liked it. Keeping guns clean is important as well.

It's a link and he's been doing it for awhile, he's trying to get in advertising for his company. He manufactures screw in chokes for shotguns. Watch one of his videos, he seems well spoken so I don't quite understand why his posts come across like he's new to the English language.

It is a link to his company website. Possibly just trying to drive some traffic?

Since long time .380 caliber handguns is a favorite choice of gun license holders. The .380 is large enough to effectively stop an attacker and small enough to comfortably carry for extended periods. If you want to use it for personal safety and home defense then you can purchase it. For better experience, use of choke tube is the best options.

The 42 is a sweet shooter. I put on some talon grips and a bladetech iwb holster. Conceals well with shorts and tshirt.

WW,

I have been thinking about a .380 as well. I did look at the Glock, but am leaning towards the Sig P238 Extreme. They have an extended magazine which allows more room for my fat hand on the grip.

Thanks to all for there thoughts it really did help.I ended buying a Glock 42 ( my first Glock). I sold my Ruger Lc9 to a buddy. I have not shot the Glock 42 yet, maybe some time soon.

Taurus pistols were rated high by Gun Tests . Plus were quite a bit cheaper  .

Only thing I did not like was trigger guard was a bit tight for my finger I broke  ,so it is a bit thick .
