If you get stuck in harbor trolling.
J plugs stacked on glow spoons. For the riggers.
Diver rods, use larger spoons. Slide diver preferable in this situation.
Put one diver in the prop wash if you have room. Or flat line a j-plug.
Your choice of J plugs, spoons, jointed rapalas on boards, if you have room to run them that is.
